Robert W. “Tad” Adams, III represents real estate developers, lenders, businesses and individuals in all areas of practice of the firm.

Tad was born and raised in Louisville and is a married father of three daughters. While at Indiana University, Tad was an active member of Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) fraternity. Before becoming a lawyer, Tad spent four years as a commercial lender managing a portfolio with over $100 million in outstanding loans in six states. As a lawyer, Tad has lectured at numerous industry engagements on topics ranging from workouts and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, to commercial real estate matters, and low-income housing tax credits. Tad currently serves as a Board Member on the IU Foundation – Well House Society and just finished a six-year stint on the Kentuckiana Board for the American Heart Association. In his free time, Tad, a die-hard Indiana Hoosier fan, enjoys tennis and squash and holds a black belt in taekwondo.
